That’s not just an expression, at Airkooled Kustoms, it’s a design philosophy. We know there’s more to customizing a vehicle than slathering body filler on it and shooting a few coats of paint, or slapping some chrome-plated goodies in the engine bay.

At Airkooled Kustom’s, our aim is to excite, inspire, and encourage your vision. Airkooled Kustom allows complete and total control over the style of a car. The only way this can be illustrated in a way that gets people excited is by demonstrating what we can truly do, once the reins are placed in the hands of those able to create beauty from structure. To date, most examples of neat tricks and mods have been demonstrated by engineers. Designers have yet to make their mark. This needs to change. That’s why Airkooled Kustoms is here.

Our experienced technicians do things the old-school way. We lovingly massage your original metal back to better than new shape and we never take shortcuts in metal work. There aren’t many aircooled VWs left in the world, so we baby each one that comes into our shop. Perhaps you’ve already got a design in mind.
