Bugs 'n Brats Show-n-Shine Cookout

Food, Friends, and Veedubs!

Despite the rain from mother nature, we still had an awesome Bugs 'n Brats this year, thanks in large part to all the Volkswagen enthusiasts, friends, and family that came out. We had one of the biggest turns out for any of the Bugs 'n Brats and we couldn't have done it without you guys!

The rain didn't seem to dampen anyone's spirits and by lunchtime we had a full front yard with more folks coming every hour. With the shop all tidied up, there was plenty or roam to wander about, but most folks congregated on our front porch, anxious for the eating to begin. Spook served up his special "Death by Pork", a conglomeration of 7 different types of pork, all wrapped in bacon and grilled to a smokey, cardiac-tickling treat. We'd like to thank everyone who brought a delicious side item to share, and there were plenty of 'em!

If you missed the show, you missed a good one, but fear not! We've got lots of pictures to share. Lauren Bailey has lots of photos online (some shown below) and Samir from The Huntsville Car Scene was also on hand to record the event. We hope everyone that came had a great time and will join us again next year on Sept. 25th for the 5th Annual Bugs 'n Brats!
